Real Estate Disputes

We counsel municipalities, developers, contractors, owners’ associations, and neighboring owners in contested association management, land use, zoning, and annexation cases. These disputes arise in court and before governmental bodies like City Councils, Planning Commissions, and Boards of Adjustment. We also represent individuals and corporations embroiled in disputes over title, title insurance, nuisance, and trespass.

One of our recent engagements in this area involve advocacy on behalf of an individual disputing the correct zoning designation of a large tract with a municipality. Others have found us prosecuting or defending claims on behalf of owner groups involved in disputes over the management of planned communities that are still under developer control.
